This 3,500 ft² outdoor masterpiece was no small task, but we love a good challenge! Let’s take a closer look at how we transformed this space in just three weeks.
The Vero Beach Outdoor Masterpiece
Imagine standing in a wide-open space, surrounded by full panoramic picture windows that make you feel like you’re outdoors—without the bugs or weather interruptions. That’s exactly what our client in Vero Beach wanted. A stunning 63×51 ft enclosure with minimal vertical members, giving them a clear, uninterrupted view of their beautiful surroundings.
Not only did this project feature huge panoramic windows, but we also incorporated a sleek mansard roof to top it off. The result? A space that feels open, airy, and connected to nature, while still being fully protected.
Design and Fabrication: Precision Matters

Of course, sometimes the nature of a project requires us to roll up our sleeves and do a bit of work on-site. Since this design featured full-view, panoramic windows, some of the enclosure walls needed to be fabricated on-site. But that’s all in a day’s work for our team!
Construction: The Puzzle Comes Together
With all the pieces of this aluminum puzzle ready to go, we got to work reassembling the structure at the site. One of the biggest challenges? The ultimate view beams, which can span up to 64 feet! For this project, we used 55 ft spans, with each 4×10 beam weighing close to 500 lbs. Let’s just say, this is not your average backyard enclosure!
Using material lifts and a lot of careful teamwork, we set these large beams in place. It was like a giant game of Tetris, but with aluminum, precision, and some heavy lifting!
Superior Screening: No Bugs, Just Views
Once the structure was set, we installed our No-See-Um screens. If you’re not familiar with them, No-See-Um screens are the superheroes of screen enclosures—stronger and more durable than standard screens. They’re designed to keep out even the tiniest bugs (those pesky “no-see-ums” that are too small to spot but annoying as ever), without compromising your view.
These screens added a finishing touch to the enclosure, creating a protected, bug-free outdoor space that still feels wide open. Whether it’s a breezy summer afternoon or a cool evening under the stars, this space is now ready for all kinds of outdoor fun.
