This Vero Beach property called for a large custom pool screen enclosure that could complement the home’s design while meeting the structural requirements for Florida’s coastal conditions. Because the home, pool area, and gazebo were still under construction, Tripod Aluminum carefully coordinated the enclosure design around the evolving structure and the engineering requirements for 150 mph wind loads.

We installed 13-foot walls with 20×20 Super Screen throughout the Panoramic View screen walls. Where the engineer required additional structural strength, we used our 4×10 Ultimate View Beams to support the large openings while maintaining clean sightlines.

The L-shaped Mansard roof wraps around the raised roof and continues through the house and gazebo areas. This design allowed us to maintain the enclosure’s height throughout the space instead of lowering it around the different rooflines.

Tripod Aluminum also installed new-to-the-market welded screen doors with spring-loaded hinges. These doors eliminate the need for traditional door-closure pumps and help preserve the clean appearance of the Panoramic View walls.

With 13-foot walls and a total height of approximately 16 feet, the finished screen enclosure creates a large, open pool area that does not feel closed in. The completed project reflects Tripod Aluminum’s ability to coordinate large-scale enclosure work with the home’s design, construction, and engineering requirements.
