Aluminum fences can be used to create a garden area, provide a privacy area, enclose a pool, create a decorative gated area, and provide a safe, fenced area for pets.  Aluminum fences are durable, rust-resistant, and look great.  They come in a variety of styles and heights to meet your needs.

In this article, we will look at 5 ways you can use aluminum fencing for your landscape design. We will discuss the benefits of aluminum fencing.  And lastly, we will discuss how Tripod Aluminum is the perfect choice for your aluminum fencing needs.

The Benefits of Aluminum Fencing

Aluminum fencing is an excellent choice for any property.  Let’s take a look at its benefits:

Durable:  Aluminum has a high strength to weight ratio making it a durable material.  It is lightweight, but strong.  This is one reason it is used in the construction of airplanes and bicycles.  It may be used in conjunction with other elements to increase its strength.
Corrosion-resistant:  If you live in Florida, then you know that eventually everything rusts!  We have a lot of rain and a lot of humid days.  Those conditions make rust abundant here in the Sunshine State.  Aluminum does not rust making it the perfect material for fencing!  It lasts and retains its beauty.
Eco-friendly:  If, for any reason, you ever removed your aluminum fencing, it is recyclable making it an exceptionally eco-friendly choice for your home.

5 Ways To Use Aluminum Fencing

Getting to the heart of our article, let’s look at 5 ways you can use aluminum fencing in your landscaping design to enrich your curb appeal and make your property look great!

1. Create a garden area:  A great way to designate a garden area in your yard is to fence it off using aluminum fencing.  If you need to keep your veggies safe from pets or wildlife, you should choose a higher fence that cannot be easily jumped over.  You would include a gate, of course, for access to your garden.  You can choose a simple design or an ornate design depending on how much attention you want your garden to draw!
2. Provide a privacy area:  While most people opt for our decorative aluminum fencing which looks like wrought-iron fencing but doesn’t rust, there are aluminum fences available that offer privacy.  You can purchase aluminum fencing that utilizes aluminum panels or slats.   It still provides a very modern, classy look while offering privacy.  This can be used for your whole yard or to section off an area that you would like more privacy, such as a sitting area, courtyard, or pool.
3. Enclose a pool:  There are two different types of aluminum fencing that can be used around your pool.  If you have an aluminum fence around your yard that allows people to see in, you may opt for the privacy-style aluminum fence around your pool area.  If your yard is already fenced with a privacy fence, then you could choose our standard style of aluminum fence as a safety precaution to keep non-swimmers safe.
4. Create a decorative gated area:  You can use our beautiful fencing to accent a part of your yard.  For example, if you have a lovely courtyard you want to feature or if you want to make a statement by having an entry gate to your property, our aluminum fences are perfect!  You can choose a low fence with a decorative gate to make an area look lovely and accessible.
5. Create a pet-safe space:  If you would like to keep your furry family members out of certain areas, creating a fenced space for your pets is the perfect solution.  You can fence off the area you want designated for them, including a gate for access for them and you.  Or, you can simply fence off an area that you don’t want them entering.  Either way, you are providing a pet-safe space for them to run, play, and do their “business.”

One of the best ways we have seen different fencing used in one yard was the use of 2 different heights and styles of aluminum fencing.  The first was a low decorative aluminum fence with a gate into a grassy area, surrounded by large rosebushes with a porch swing for relaxing and enjoying the beauty.  The middle section of the yard was a patio and grassy area for anyone to enjoy.  They chose to put a playset there for their kids.

The other third of the yard was separated from the middle section with a tall, decorative aluminum fence with a gate to section off the pool area.  The latch was high so that children could not get into the pool area without an adult.  Additionally, it had a beautiful passionfruit vine growing on the fence.  The overall effect was lovely, creating 3 distinct areas within one yard.
