As mentioned in a previous blog, we are bogged down with work! We want to help each of our customers in a timely manner. This has become increasingly difficult with a lack of people in the labor force. We are currently actively hiring here at Tripod Aluminum and need hard working individuals who want to be involved in a good trade, put in an honest day’s work, and be compensated well for it!

If you have been looking for employment, we hope you will take a look at us. We are a locally owned and operated business located in Melbourne, FL, and we work in the surrounding areas. We build screen enclosure rooms of all sizes from small condominium balconies to whole pool enclosure rooms. Additionally, we install beautiful, high-quality aluminum fencing. These installments range in size as well, from a small front yard to a large property. We are also proud of the fact that we install Baby Guard gates around swimming pools. This keeps little ones or anyone unstable on their feet, such as elderly folks, from falling into pools. We love that we get to help keep people’s families safe.

In case you are thinking that you are ready to put in an honest day’s work, but don’t know how to install any of our products, fear not! While we are definitely looking for trained individuals, we are not opposed to training up-and-coming people who want to learn the trade and are willing to take instruction and work hard. If this is you, please give us a call as we still may have some entry-level, “apprenticeship” positions available.

We are in definite need of those trained in this type of field, however. We are specifically looking for individuals with three years of experience who have their own tools. It is essential that you have a valid Florida Driver’s License as our company obviously requires travel to the various job sites. You may even be at more than one job site per day, depending on the size of the jobs. We provide vehicles with gas, so you don’t need to worry about that!
